GFC. Terms & Conditions (Minimum 25 Pax. & max 1000pax)

Deliverables of GFC:
1. Crockery and cutlery will be provided.
2.We will allot enough staff for the event. You can ask for extra staff
2. Servers Uniform will be a combination of Black & Black.
3. Maintenance of utmost standards of hygiene is taken care during the event
4. Return of the kitchen space in a neat and clean state.
5. The rates provided for Services are for circulating starters for 2 Hours & a buffet (main course) for 2 Hours
6. Bisleri Water bottles can be provided @MRP. Should you want to avoid plastic, we will be happy to provide empty glass bottles, which can be filled at the venue through a water filter or RO System to serve your guests.
An additional cost:
1.Bar tenders @ Rs. 3500/- & bar waiters @ Rs. 1800/- each
2.Chilling ice & perfect ice will be as per requirement
3.Bar glasses hiring will be on cost (Collin, whisky, wine, shot, martini, tulip etc)
4.Soda, soft drinks, juices, mineral water & bar mixers if required, will be charged separately @200/- per person (red bull if needed @ actuals)
5.Late night service charge after 12.00 midnight @ Rs. 500/- & after 2.30am @ Rs. 1000/- per Staff managing the event
6.Transportation & outdoor service charge will be applicable & 5% GST on the total bill.
Deliverables from the Host / Event Manager
1. Space in the kitchen, washing utensils and space for plating dishes.
2. Equipment’s (microwave, oven, burners) to heat the food if available else we will carry our own.
3. Provisions or access to staff toilets.
4. Tables for buffet setup with table cloths and frills.
5. Temporary tempo parking space for unloading & loading of event materials.
6. Kindly advise in advance, should you require names of staff, loaders, drivers, vehicle no’s & list of equipment’s needed to complete the security process.
7. Access to service lift for transportation of materials required for the event. We shall maintain utmost standards of hygiene while executing your party and will hand over the place in a neat and clean state.

Payment Terms :
1.You can pay by Cash / Cheque / Bank Transfer / Credit or Debit Card / UPI
2.We would require a POST DATED advance cheque of the total amount to confirm your event.
